How long after taking the test should expect it being completed on the tracker?

My tracker account is updated today with citizenship test in progress (to be taken between November 20, 2023 and December 11). However, I've not received the instructions emails yet. How long does it typically take to receive the email?

I'm on the other side of the boat. I received MEP on Jan 23 and but Biometrics has not shown up yet.
