No Actually this is either False IP2 or IP2. I have the same messages under Background check and Review of Eligibility and my AOR is 28th Nov, received MEP and BIL 7th January. We can't really know..

Hey ! I had the same problem. What I did is add more money to my bank account and then update my PoF documents by sending a webform. I sent it in December and they responded in January saying they had received the documents and they have forwarded it to the VO.

I have the same issue. From what I read, it's really a common technical bug but this will not affect our processing time. Don't worry about it, they have your biometrics. It's just a glitch.

Yes that's what I said. For those who did biometrics. Did it get updated on your profile. It didn't for me. I only have the biometrics date and the expiry date. I'm have a message " Your action is needed"
