I have not been convicted of any assault or anything. this is something that we both are bounded by. I haven't been to jail or charged or court etc. I am not sure what a peace bond is.

@Laila_adam I just got married in Pakistan and I am currently completing all the forms to sponsor my wife. I have both english and Urdu Nikkahnama done in Pakistan at the time of Marriage. Do I have to submit both or just the english one?

If Nikkah was done in Pakistan and khula was finalized in Pakistan, you will have to get a divorce certificate from Pakistan.
