Hello, I received AIP & SA a couple of days ago and yesterday on ECAS changed to DM. On my GCKey I do not have COPR yet. Does DM appear when eligibility is passed or when there is a real final decision, which is hopefully confirmation?

You do not need a certificate from Canada, they request it themselves. I believe they would require up to date document. Though it would make sense if you give the one when you entered the country. Because you do not live there anymore. I would request a new one right away and reach IRCC to...
