Can I get maintained status using my maintained status? (lol)

Option 1 is risky because if first permit is refused we would be without status and would have to leave immediately, even if BOWP is in Process right? Is Option 3 possible? I didn't know that was an option or something that they did but that sounds like the best. Any update on your Closed...

Hey everyone, interesting situation. I'm currently on maintained status from my expired PGWP. I applied for a Closed WP using my LMIA in January, right before my PGWP was expiring. I have exactly 52 weeks of work experience, can specific days not be counted?

Hey all, So I was laid off today and it was coincidentally the day after I finished my 1 year of work experience (52 weeks at 30hr/week). I know obviously this cuts it extremely close but is there a chance that one of those days might not be counted for any reason? For example like not...

Some reason for urgency will help. Medical, personal, employment related. Not sure if the time reason alone will work.

TRV From Inside Canada - Normal Processing Time Has Passed

Hey guys, if your application is out of the normal processing times, you can email CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca and tell them your situation. You should start review a few days or a week later. Only if your app has exceeded normal processing time.

Hey guys, does the passport get returned to the address written on the return envelope or the one in IRCC's system? My friend got his passport back and they put a sticker with the address typed out and stuck it on where he had written his address. Not sure where they are going to mail mine to...

TRV From Inside Canada - Normal Processing Time Has Passed

June 15th. I know lots of people waiting from Mid/End of May to the end of June. We're probably all stuck with the same useless officer or something.

TRV From Inside Canada - Normal Processing Time Has Passed

I'm considering completely withdrawing my application. Once it's withdrawn, then making a brand new one. I was to be considered a brand new application like these recent ones are. It seems that reapplying and having 2 applications at once isn't working how we want it to.
