Oh wow. I sent mine at 1:00 AM. Feb 8. It is quite a long wait.

I mean what time of the day. I declared at 1:00 AM. Not sure if time matters. But many pp got the CoPR early.

oh Wow. It is really long. did you try to contact them? I was able to reach them over the phone. They advised me to reply to the first email, stating that I have not received COPR since Feb 8. They told me that the normal time is 7 calendar days.
