They complete these basic checks before sending AOR, just got that today (!), so looks like this was the right combination of IDs

Nothing yet. Last one took 1 month to be returned. It's been about 5 weeks since re-submission.

Will just have to see if they accept it, no response yet. I'm pretty confident though - the paper requirements have been around a long time and are more comprehensively described. Online minor application is new. I also used the feedback form to point out the issue.

What does your COPR say? Mine gave instructions to apply by mail. You have to be invited to use the new online portal.

Has anybody with a work permit tried using that for the airline & then shown the border agent the COPR letter on arrival? Border agents will accept COPR at land borders so it seems like the only need for PR card is to convince the airline to let you board.

Winnipeg office. COPR April 26th. Photos mailed April 28th. Account linked but no update. I see IRCC processing times now down to 50 days from 123 days last time I checked (for first PR card). Anybody who has received cards from Winnipeg?
