Is there anyone whose transcripts were delivered in December and still has not been acknowledged?

They told me yesterday in an email that they were going through packages received only the second week of December.

Has your transcript been acknowledged?

I really don't think so. I think they open packages randomly. I would advice anyone to send email copy instead because they will acknowledge it faster.

Transcript for i and my friend were mailed on the same day sometime mid december. His own was acknowledged January 14th while mine is yet to be acknowledged. I dont think they open packages in any particular order.

My transcript go to IQAS December, 2020 yet my profile still shows waiting for transcript. Any other person in the same situation?
