Nothing to worry. They will ask to undergo the additional tests like sputum test and xrays. Due to this they will not reject your application. We faced the same issue during the upfront medicals of my father-in-law. Once that is done, we applied for Super visa which got approved.

Based on the UCI number, system will consider their application under CAN+ program which helps in faster processing of the application. If you still want to mention it explicitly, include that point in the Invite letter and also you can upload their visa copies in the optional documents section.
