Hlo can you please help me. I am going to file for student visa... I filed for divorce in November 2019. In my passport I am separated. What should I fill my marital status...legally seprated right? And should I attach divorce petition too.

Did you submitted backlog summary with transcripts on your own or they asked for it.

Don't get disheartened There are collegese that doesn't asks flr backlogs....try and find good consultants. Don't got to GTA OR TOUGH COURSES

Also the certificate provided by colleges doesn't states the attempts I made to clear individual subjects but whole semester

Thank you so much for replying. I am working as Computer administrator and data operator at a local cycle firm....I have received salary in cash till date....now I have asked for cheques....what kind of documents I need to prove that I was working there as part of my student visa

PLEASE GUIDE I have completed my graduation in 2016 with 56%. I had 13 backlogs in first 3 semesters and last 3 were all clear. I have got 7.5 band score in IELTS. My questions are: What are my chances? Where should I apply? Is backlog certificate necessary for college or embassy or both? Help...
