Hey everyone. I got my OPR from the Canadian Consulate and submitted my passport. I got the following doubt after submitting it. My program is a 5-year course (2020 Sept - 2025) and my passport is valid until mid-2023. So, right now they will issue my visa until whenever the passport is valid...

Hey guys I got my BVL on 29th Nov. Below is my timeline: Applied: 30th Aug AIP: 14th Sept BVL: 29th Nov (last Sunday). Abu Dhabi Visa Office^ I'm really anxious now. Anyone with a similar timeline got PPR?

Congrats on the PPR! Today is the 7th day for me since BVL and I'm still waiting for PPR.. Hope I get it soon.

BVL is sent as a 'correspondence letter' on gc key and an email is also sent to check it.

Hi I think you can go to VFS and they will courier it for you. Passport and the PPR are enough I suppose unless they've requested something else. BTW, how many days prior to your PPR did u receive BVL?

Oh ok. the same thing happened to me twice this week. Its been 6 days since I got my BVL and nothing after that..

Since today morning the Current Status tab of my application shows "Application/profile updated". But the messages are "read". But when I open the application, there are no new messages or updates. Is anyone else also facing this?

Below is my timeline: Applied: Aug 30 AIP: Sept 14 BVL (Biometrics Validation Letter): Nov 29 Still awaiting PPR. Applied from Kuwait. My institute is on the DLIs Based on the above messages, PPR is coming around a week after BVL. So I hope I will get mine soon.
