You have to call them and check with the agent which address they used to mail the card. Hopefully you have access to the old mail box just in case. If they sent it to the old address and you definitely have no access to it, unfortunately that case you will have to fill a ' Solemn Declaration '...

me, you, and @Silver Star are exactly same date ( 3rd of March ). If we follow the pattern here, we may be getting our cards last three days of July/ first three days of August. That way hopefully we may see some GUs this weekend and next week. fingers crossed.
