They probably have concerns about the genuineness of your relationship which is why they are requesting that information. Provide as much as possible, and write an explanation if there’s something that could cause a concern. Hopefully once they review what you send them everything will work out.

Have you tried checking the status on Ecas?

yes it still says we are reviewing eligibility, and processing background check etc. Everything It says on gckey website it said on the automated call

It really depends on the circumstances; sometimes they have concerns about the genuineness of the relationships, in our situation they needed clarification on my husbands dismissed charges and the circumstances around them. They required confirmation that we were still together. Really depends...
