what’s your COPR expiration date and is your medical valid or did it get extended?

I used Walgreens too with all the specifications but it got rejected and they are letting me know after 1 n 1/2 months

Since you had used FedEx , there should be a proof of delivery . Can you kindly confirm the delivery location from the proof of delivery. You can find that only if you log into your FedEx a/c through the website. It would be a great help to me. TIA

For me also, it was the same address as per the instruction. But upon checking the proof of delivery from FedEx , I see that it was delivered to 2303 Stevenage, although the location K mentioned to UPS was the same as yours. The passport was delivered on Oct 23rd and still no update/ response...
