    Hi, forget one thing, My friend, his category is skilled worker with job offer, is the time line still normal. He was told usually this category should be processed within 3 weeks.

    My friend submitted application online and received an email asking for additional documents. He submitted the required documents three days later but no response after that. It's been three weeks the status in the system is still Waiting on applicant. Is it normal, anyone have same situation?
