    The company I'm working have immigration lawyer that helping to process our work permit and PR application. My work permit(NOC B) renewal for another 2 yrs is on process and I just got a slot on provincial nominee program for PR processing. I didn't inform yet the lawyer about my DUI conviction.

    Thats my greatest problem today Naturgirl, its so stressful that I couldn't even sleep enough. My family rely on me but this happened to me, our dream to stay together in canada might be forever dream if I can not be given a chance or help.

    Naturgrl, thank you for your reply! after crown disclose the evidence, the lawyer working on my dui case advise me that we better plead guilty, then I decided to do so.. you mean I need a immigration lawyer to help me work on the work permit renewal or PR processing?
