A lot of accounts with GC key were hacked in August as per Information on CIC website. It's not very difficult to fake n mask domain when accounts on CIC be hacked. I would act with caution. I have recieved email from CIC in Feb as well .. requesting RCMP clearance..that came from a do not reply...
