We already marked yes as an answer. The problem is I no longer have the letter in my possession and I only have a word from the immigration officer that they lifted it.

the thing is I don’t have the letter anymore I have no traces of it just a word from an immigration officer that it has been lifted and I even manage to renew my residency card since with no issues. i will just say yes and write a letter of explanation, would that be enough ?
