I have a question! Can you travel with COPR outside canada?

@legalfalcon i called ircc this morning and the agent said all stages are passed since march 11. My AOR is Sept 18 2020 cec inland. How long do you think would it take for COPR as the agent just said due to covid processes are delayed.

Can somebody tell me how long it takes for TRV. I just got my work permit extension approved. I have to travel urgently but need TRV for that. My PR application is still in progress. @legalfalcon

AOR September 18,2020 Biometrics completed and updated Medical completed. Criminality Completed Dec 2020 Today my background check changed to not applicable and And we’ll send you a message when you start reviewing your eligibility. Can you please help what does it mean @legalfalcon ?
