IRCC will never stop to surprise me, while waiting for PR process I had a visitor visa and work permit in process for my spouse and surprisingly they approved my spouse work permit after our PR had already been approved. Lol , I guess that’s their way of saying we can’t refund your money. Lol

Sent passport on October 13, received at IRCC Visa Centre in Senegal on October 20, and Visa Stamped on October 28. Passport dispatched back to my country today October 29

Hello my dear, it hasn’t been easy but I am happy it’s finally over. I got the PPR via email from the local visa office. And today I woke up to the final notification I’ve been waiting for. My spouse passport has been dispatched. So my husband should be receiving it by next week.

My GC Key account also got updated today the status change to “Approved” and they issued the COPR number for both me and my spouse as well as his visa number , but I didn’t receive any notification, maybe by tomorrow I will get an update for my dependent passport back. I am actually very happy...

Maybe the stamping process depends on each country. India there’s quite a lot of applications and many people in this forum are from there. Mine is probably the only one so far I haven’t seen anyone with Senegal VFS, I guess I will just have to wait

I know exactly how you feel but all I can say is to stay hopeful and just wait coz at this point there’s nothing you can do. You’ve already done your part the rest in not of your control. Hanging there, you will eventually get it

No you don’t, if your spouse gave consent already, you can add both your names and both your UCI numbers and in the description make sure you specify that you are requesting notes for everyone in the application. Otherwise they will only send your part and everything else for your dependent...
