Your guys theory might be true.But just to let you know, I got my AOR And my PGWP is expiring in Feb 2023 and two of my friends also got AOR with same year expiration.

They wont entertain webform without AOR , But its not that big of a mistake , just sit tight and wait for your AOR , thn you can send form again.

What time did you apply ? If you uploaded job letters for both jobs than you are good as long as you are eligible and submitted all required docs. Fact - The guy who got pr on 13 june for tr to pr in IG also uploaded job letter only no paystubs,so dont be nervous you good
