I don't have to submit my bio metrics as I have done it earlier. Do I have to submit my medicals for SOWP though I have already done this as part of PR processing?

Yes I did check here and it shows 6 weeks from India for the option "work permit (outside canada) " been selected.

Do you know the current processing times for SOWP applying from India?
