I tired calling but wasn’t able to talk to any representative. Is the portal information different from what we get on the call?

Hello My AOR is September 20. I missed the call for biometrics on November 16. They left a voicemail that they’ll call the next day but it’s been 3 days now and i am still waiting fir their call.
