Was her VO Ankara or not?

Hi, My file received on Nov 16,2020. Bio received on Feb 3, 2021 and AOR and SA and Medical on Feb 4, 2021 . I did my Medical and Bio on Feb 10 , 9 but after that I have not got any update. PA is from Iran and VO is Ankara. I have heard that Ankara does not send any AOR2 letter.

In my SA, it is written the VO. So does it mean the AOR2? Or should I get another letter as the AOR2?

It is mentioned that my application will be moved to Ankara VO on my SA letter, but I wrote webform to update my address, I got the answer that we received your request and inform Beijing VO where your application is! while I hadn't received any letter or email about changing my VO.

Actually I am from Iran buy I am living in Italy currently and I want to do my biometric in Rome. On my SA letter, Ankara Visa Office is written for doing further process, but I want to know why they didn't dedicate Rome Visa Office to me which is closer to me and also less busier than Ankara.

Is it related to where you are living or nationality?

Does anyone know that it is possible to change the visa office which is written on SA for processing the application?
