    No appointment needed. You can go directly. Get there first thing in the morning in order to beat the crowd. When I went, they asked me if I had an appointment. I replied "No, do I need one?" To which they replied "No, you don't need one. You can walk in". You should be good

    You can go directly to the Service Canada and apply for a SIN. You will get it the same day if you go in person. My wife and I went directly to Service Canada and received it the same day.
