Clearly not! I don't understand why they even give the "press 3 for PR cards" option anymore. I mean they will answer the phone but just not your question - that they can't do after you waited an hour - it is not their priority right now. That's where our (mine atleast, I feel) tax money go.

I called them today and they said Afghanistan priorities.

Anyone knows if a ghost update is a good sign? It listed as "application/profile updated", when I click on it, nothing has changed and everything is still "processing". Back to home page, it then shows "Submitted".

IRCC processing time for new PR cards went from 51 days to 74 days and now to 118 days. This is absurd. Why issue a CoPR when the card could have been issued directly. We did send in photos with the PR application.

They misspelt my country of origin - That country doesn't exist. Thankfully on my CIC portal , I see the correct name. So it might just be a human input error, which makes me question things though...:rolleyes:

I got my prearrival on August 12th and CoPR on August 21st. When I called them to inquired, it means that you have reached a certain point of the application where all the checks are completed, they are essentially on the decision making phase. I sent them two webforms stressing that I was in...

I got the CoPR by my regular cic portal, and I didn't have to upload the photo and confirm in Canada, but I have to mail the CoPR and a photo to IRCC Montreal for PR card. I applied through the Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program, so it might be slightly different from PNP.

Congratulations! :) I got the email requesting to confirm how to received PR portal. From what I read somewhere is, there is no update in the ircc portal until you accept the PR through the link.

Do they send PPR for inland applicants also or is that for Outland applicants only?

I applied for Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program. CPC Sydney was where I sent my application by paper in June 2020. I think IRCC Halifax is the VO working on it as it was signed that way when they requested additional docs from me in April. What about you? Which program?
