for Biometric should I have to pay fee alongwith Sponsorship fee in Canada or it should be paid at VAC at the time of Biometric. If paid here will need to provide to Receipt to parent to bring it with them for Biomertic test at VAC for their acceptance. what is the best practice.

I won lottery for 2018 second round for my parents. I have a question; I have my younger brother aged 25 years and unmarried Can I include him in family sponsorship as a dependent child of my parents. Please advise.

You should make your CNIC card of English version with your husband name ... then next time you would not require Pakistani Visa. Pick your Canadian Passport and CNIC and come to visit your Pakistan.
