    I replied to the email a couple of days ago with the information they requested like UCI, port of entry etc but this morning they resent me the same email. Anyone had that before? Any advice will be helpful. Thanks

    Yea but I'm looking for the reasoning behind rejecting an ITA? I'm not very well informed on EE. I just submitted my application recently and will be receiving the ITA with this draw. Don't know if I should accept or reject lol

    Not sure but I withdrew my profile and created a new one yesterday to update Ielts score just so I could make it in time for todays draw which didn't even happen lol

    Seems to have worked. Older profile says withdrawn and the newer once says submitted. Let's see

    I called my test centre and they said I need to pick it up, they won't email or disclose over the phone....
