Which is better Outland or Visitor to Inland Spousal Sponsorship ?

Fair point. Me and my wife are Dutch citizens so it takes us about 5 minutes to get our visitor visa approved. So yes, if you're Indian, it will take longer.

Which is better Outland or Visitor to Inland Spousal Sponsorship ?

Disagree. The only difference between inland and outland is where the application is being processed. Inland is much faster. With regards to the actual application; the government is only interested in 2 things > is the marriage genuine and can you support your spouse.

Which is better Outland or Visitor to Inland Spousal Sponsorship ?

Nope nothing at all. He just glanced at our passports and let us through. I would look at the documents required to apply for the spousal visa (i.e. police clearance reports, proof of relationship etc.)

Which is better Outland or Visitor to Inland Spousal Sponsorship ?

100% visitor to inland. Your spouse is allowed to stay with you while you're in Canada and the processing is much faster.

    Biometrics in process - confused?

Its normal but just double-check the IRCC number. I applied for my wife's PR via the inland spousal visa process. She did her biometrics on January 2022 and we were surprised to get a letter from IRCC that they hadn't received her biometrics yet. Come to find out the dumbass who processed her...

Inland Sponsorship- Spouse on Visitor Visa

Short answer: Yes. Long answer: 1. I received my PR in mid 2022 and my spouse was a "non-accompanying spouse" 2. We both landed here in Canada on June 2022 (I activated my PR while she came here on a visitor visa) 3. Since her citizenship is Dutch, she could stay here in Canada for up to 6...

    FSW WORLDWIDE

I still visit this group at least once a week just to see what's on everyone's mind. My journey with this forum started way back in 2020.

    FSW WORLDWIDE

Yep very true. I began my journey around May 2020. I stumbled upon an advertisement on Facebook (I believe) to emigrate to Canada and from there, it was countless hours spent understanding the EE system, maximizing CRS points, understanding PNP programs and which NOC's were in demand etc. The...

You won't need it. The moment it is received by the VAC, you will start receiving email updates. I assume you have a smart phone with your email on it...

VAC New york post-PPR submission question

Nice. IRCC received mine and began processing on March 23rd so let's see when they eventually get to it.

    NY VAC - Processing Timeline/Delays

Its all in the passport request letter and check the last page of the 2 way courier service letter (it also had a checklist). I believe you also need to include 2 copies of the TT Services Consent Form. When I sent my documents, it was for permanent residency so including those documents you...

    FSW WORLDWIDE

Before I received my PPR, I would almost shit myself every 2 weeks to see what the fuck IRCC would do with their draws. Nightmarish stuff....

    NY VAC - Processing Timeline/Delays

I would select the TRV. The original passport and PRTD pertain more to permanent residents (per my understanding). Also, at the end of the day, the options don't exactly matter because I believe you that have to include the passport request letter within your documents right? So when you include...

************PNP Outland Candidates - AOR - AUG 2021**************

Don't think they're faster but they are quicker than regular FSW. But, if I could try to read IRCC's mind; if you're inland, you're already in Canada. For outlanders, its a much bigger step to emigrate to Canada as there is much more prep work. So, it would make sense to give them the green...
