How long does it take them to update the tracker/application after we submit the police certificate they requested?

Hello, When we receive a police certificate request, do we reply back to the email and just attach it or is there another specific place where I have to upload it?

Does CIC check all the addresses mentioned in the application? Do they check if it matches with the IDs and the CRA account we have?

Hello! I live in Ontario and I got my permanent residency last year. Im planning on moving to Quebec for work by end of summer and Im just wondering if Ill have issues when I apply for citizenship next year (because of my initial intention to reside outside of Quebec). Anyone face any issues?
