Hello everyone, reviving this old thread with a happy update. I got my PR today. I did one 8-month certificate program and got points for it. The program was more than 50% online, though I was in Canada for the entire duration.

Your English is fine. It says what you think it says. If it's a new caveat, then it couldn't be introduced at a worse time. Why will companies offer jobs to people if they submit a letter stating they may not be authorized to work in the next three months?

did it always use to happen? weren't people allowed to work indefinitely on implied status?

I'm pretty sure there's nothing wrong in having two different GC key accounts. I used one to apply for study permit, work permit, and used a second one to apply for PR. I used same email address for both and my UCI got updated in the second.

you don't need to withdraw. You can have two simultaneous applications.

has anyone else also got an email from IRCC about delay in processing due to Covid? I've got two similar emails in last 24 hours. I'm not sure if these emails are legit cause the email address is too big. Also, it addresses me as Dear Client, which IRCC mentions on its website is likely a scam...

the problem is for my savings account, the bank does not give any statement. They said its only available for checking account.
