    I think what matters is the time you send it. Send a first webform and take a screenshot. If you don't get acknowledgement, Send another webform with the screenshot asking about the first one. That way, the officer taking care of your case would eventually see the time stamp. It's worth a try.

    Yes I meant submit your PCC request. email the organization you'd submit the PCC request to every 5 days to ask them for an update. The idea here is to show IRCC you've tried everything in your power but you couldn't get the PCC within 30 days through no fault on yours.
