    Congrats, it seems like Ottawa is picking up the pace with passports now. Just hoping they ship them out very soon. I see a few people that were approved back in December still waiting for their passport to be shipped out. If anyone has more insight please share.

    The number I dialed is 8882422100 and youll have to get to the point where you check on the status of your application then you hit 0 to talk to an agent. Itll be around a 30 minute wait but you wont always get through because it seems like they will only put a limited number of callers on hold...

    They wont notify you. You can try emailing CPCO at CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca. I recommend waiting to email them until fedex confirms that your passport has been delivered.

    Hey I am in a similar situation. My passport was suppose to reach 365 Laurier Ave W but instead it went to 269 Laurier Ave W which is apparently public safety canada. Please keep us posted on your case

    no worries! I am glad I could help. Yeah you should be good to go without trouble at the border. You'll just have to go to secondary inspection where the officer will ask for the additional documents.

    No issues thankfully, just had to prove the relationship and have a quarantine plan which just consists of where you'll stay and how you'll get groceries.

    Yeah my spouse and I decided to wait it out in canada. Currently waiting for the last step here. Best of luck to you and all of us waiting. Unfortunately, previous timelines are not applicable to any of our situations due to COVID so we just have wait and see.
