Same here. My status is still submitted. Firstly, my university emailed my credentials last nov 20. No changes so i decided to send the hard copy. As per tracking they received last dec. 9 and until now no changes, still submitted status

Straight to the payment page which is the last part of the application. Go to the draft in your application status and it will direct you automatically to the payment page as i remember.

Yes i encountered the same issue before. It took me 3 days before i successfully created my application and 3 days for the payment as well. Im also using Chrome and i just stayed in the page where i have to click eca for immigration minutes before 8:15. Then as early as 8:13 i keep on clicking...

I successfully created my application for eca immigration last nov 3, and payment done last nov 6. Now my status is submitted. My school told that they emailed my credentials yesterday. Hopefully sooner i'll get an update in my status.

Thanks! One more thing, i uploaded already a copy of my diploma in iqas site. Do i need to request for another copy of diploma to be send via email or just the transcript of records? Thanks again in advance for the clarification.
