Mailing address in Quebec for soft landing

Thanks for your reply. No, I applied with express entry, the Federal Skilled Worker Program. I don't plan to live in Quebec, I could find only in Quebec someone who can receive my PR card and then mail it to me outside of Canada.

Mailing address in Quebec for soft landing

Hello, As per title, I'm going to Toronto for one week to get my PR process finished. Unfortunately, I could find only in Quebec someone who could receive the permanent resident card for me and then mail it to me. Would that be an issue to ask them to mail it to Quebec ? Thanks in advance.

I meant no, you will not get a nomination through ontario tech draw. But with your score you don't need it, you should get the ITA directly.

Yes, it's between 460-470. With your crs you should get invited, take in account that the IELTS should be valid when you apply, so after the ITA you should apply fast, so you need to prepare the documentation beforehand.

By reading the page I found this passage which explain the delays: "For permanent residence cases, we noted that there was a formal agreement on service standards in the 2006 memorandum of understanding between CIC and the CBSA, which stated that advice will be provided to visa officers within...

Because it doesn't depend only on them, the security check are done by other agencies and I guess they take a lot of time for some cases.

I think it's not good to call too much because it can make it difficult for everyone to get to them, especially for outlander, at the moment it's pretty difficult to get to one of the agents.

    Putting wrong test results date

In this case maybe it's better to upload it, but I don't understand. In the certificate, you don't have the date when you got your result ?

    Putting wrong test results date

Actually if they don't ask specifically for it, you should not upload it. For example for IELTS, they check with the certificate number. What dates are asked in the form ? It's the date when you took the test and when you got the result ? What dates do you have in the certificate ?

    Putting wrong test results date

I'm not sure to understand your question, I passed the IELTS, so I had to put the day the test took place and the date I got the results.

    Putting wrong test results date

Yes, and better write the correct date in the LOE too.

Just write a letter of explanation, where you write what happened and also the correct date.

So the official number 1-888-242-2100 is blocked outside of Canada. I think they blocked the 19056125416 too.

In addition, it's impossible to falsify IELTS or ECA, you give them only the certificate number. The only way would be to hack the IELTS database and upload false data :D
