I honestly doubt it - Canada has aggressive immigration targets so unless that changes I can’t see it happening. I’ve read this a few times in the forums but I don’t see it happening. Either way, no point on focussing on it as it’s out of our control.

ah really, I must have got confused between CEC candidates and FSW inland. So FSW inland haven’t had apps approved since March 2020? I thought they had the web portal for inland applicants but maybe that’s just for CEC.

I’ve got pretty much the exact timeline as you and I’m in the UK. FSW Outland, Dec 2019. But I’ve got the Ottawa VO. Quick question how do you know your medicals were extended? Mine just says ‘You passed the medicals in Feb 2020’. P.S. it’s coming home.

Same - in the same boat too. No re-medical request or update (meds expired in Feb 21). I did raise a webform in May 2020 and was told my application had been approved but have heard nothing since. Every webform I've raised since, I get a generic response saying my application is still in progress.

Nothing on my file. Meds expired last week with no update yet. I also sent them my new passport details a couple of months ago via web form but no response. Does anyone know how you can check if they’ve updated passport on file?

Same still waiting AOR 31 December 2019. Apparently application was approved (found out via web form) in May 2020 but no comms since. Subsequent web forms have been answered with a generic response. Fingers crossed things speed up in 2021.
