it depends anywhere from 3-10 days. for me it took 3 business days to get the link and then one day to get AWB.

Any one got Envelope Dispatch from IRCC message on Friday and got their passport back on Saturday/Sunday? when does AWB number gets activated?

try but they do not have any authority its up to IRCC now to stamp your passport and return back to vfs. waiting is the only option.

Just stay calm and wait, it should come any time now. good thing is that you are not PR applicant for them they are taking minimum 10-15 business days.

so probably on 18th it reached to VFS and on 19th IRCC got your passport. so per current trend you should receive some notification today. usually it takes 2-3 days for IRCC to stamp and return it to VFS.
