Did you have "Approval" in your cic account?

I got a ghost update when Criminality passed, but didn't get any ghost update when the it was approved

I called this morning and the agent said it is approved and the final update was on Feb 23, but it was the date passed the criminality. When I called on Feb 26 it was still waiting for Final Decision. The MyCIC has not been updated yet. How could it be approved without a new update date?
