I agree with your decision to send in a webform. I forgot some things on my IMM5406 and sent in a webform to correct it once I had my pre AOR. Just got my regular AOR last month so it must’ve worked. Good luck!

Hey all! October 30 applicant here. I got AOR June 29 and medical request today! I had sent in a corrected IMM5406 family form by webform back in december and I guess it worked or they aren’t as picky anymore so yay!

October 30 and still no AOR yet here.

We just got our prospective application number as well today! I sent in an updated IMM5406 form and explanation letter using webform so fingers crossed the app doesn’t get sent back for a silly mistake (missing my sisters full address).

I wasn’t able to link mine either, bummer. I did use the F# application number and my UCI from a previous application to send an updated form via webform though (with a cover letter explaining). Hopefully it’s acceptable! Now we just wait and wait, heh.

Just received biometrics fee and temporary application # today (application sent Oct 30). I know this doesn’t mean anything but it’s nice to know for sure they’ve received my application. I have a UCI # from previously applying for visitor extension, does anyone know if I will be able to link...

Dumb question but do we get notification they received it or is that just the day the courier delivers?

What would the best course of action to amend be? I don’t have a temporary file number yet! I will definitely be sending in a new form after reading the posts here but not sure what the best way to do is since that one has a wet signature.
