I don't really know if they base it soley on points coz in my case they said I lack 1 full year experience but I have a 4 yr exp so I don't really know the real deal behind the refusal.

What I wrote there is exactly how it looked like in my e-cas. I received my 2nd aor, March 16. So when you count 2 weeks from receiving it is March 30 which i received the refusal letter but the letter was dated March 22.
