Read your email carefully, In the last line it is clearly mentioned that your awb tracking will start working in 24 hours. Atleast it was mentioned in my email ( Please use Tracking id. or the AWB number provided to track the shipment on the courier partners website after 24hrs) so nothing to worry.

Only counterfoil in GCkey and received copr in the passport envelope.

Did you get the invoice email of your order after successful payment ? Check it in your spam folder (orders@ccavenue.com)you have to attach and reply back with screenshot of this email to the same payment link thread.

Hello all, I received my stamped passport back today. This whole process is all about patience , below is my timeline- PPR- 31 Dec First email to vfs- 1 Jan Payment link -8 Jan Pickup -9 Jan Reached IRCC- 12 Jan Stamped-15 Jan Received back -16 Jan I wish you all a very good luck !!

Just got an email and sms that my passport is dispatched from IRCC to VAC New Delhi.

Check your spam folder an email from orders@ccavenue.com must have come if your payment was successful otherwise inform them that you haven’t got it.

Yes you have to send the screenshot of your confirmation email that you get from vfs saying your order has been confirmed and it has an invoice of payment in that email ,you will get awb only after sending this.

It took me 2.5 hours to receive it. Can take upto 4-5 hours.

Enquire the same by replying on your awb email They might respond

Same for me , the website crashes a lot and also says no record found everytime I search.
