the system is asking for an updated EE profile number, but in our case, nothing has changed. reason why I came here to seek advise. I didnt bother updating since the current EE number hasn't changed. thanks again for your help.

open another EE profile once the previous one is expired, then send an email to sinp informing them about it and advise them with your new profile number.
