    Is it possible to change DLI (Sep 2020) to another DLI (Jan 2021). I have an AIP at the moment.

    You can change you dli and course. Upload the new docs like new loa,new fee receipt and a new sop- to explain why did you change your course and dli. Ircc will reassess you 1st stage and rest you know.

    Unfortunately as of now it doesn’t apply for India.

    When you apply for your visa you get BIL(Biometric Instruction letter). BVL is received 1-2 days prior to PPR request.
