Thank you so much for your response. I have tried but it never gives me the option for a callback. They always say the agents are busy and they hang up right away. I tried again just now. I tried calling anytime from 7 AM PST to all the times throughout the day!

I have never been successful calling IRCC and I've tried over 15 times in the past few months. I tried again today and it seems they changed the menu. There was no option to speak to an agent. All the options were irrelevant. Does anyone know anything about this and how to get to an agent?

I have a general question. When you say biometrics updated do you mean the biometrics status was updated or the numbers on the top right corner of your account?

I am from July AOR but yeah this is my status 'we do not need your fingerprints ...'. I see it updated at the top right corner however. (I am bio exempt).
