Try with IUC instead, this is how I did.

Hello, You connect to GCKEy before clicking on permanent residency file you will see just after "Did you apply on paper... Add, link your application to your account. Click on it. Simply follow the steps and you will be able to see it in your profile.

Request from IRCC on july 21st and 4 days later was sending the photos, I think they were received around the 28th of july

Still nothing.... In the meantime applied for an ontario photo card ... No plan to go outside canada so I can be patient

July 21st email was sent for my son and I. We landed on May 25th

Same situation same. Landed on may 25th, husband main applicant received pr card end of july, while my son and I were requested to resubmit new photo... Till now no PR card, seems they are clearing photo resubmission from june 9th.... Maybe next year we will get the card...

No notification from IRCC and photos were received ... In the meantime applied for an ontario photo card as it may last a while.

Got the same request end of july... Submitted new set of photos same week... Till now nothing !

Also I would add be proactive with IRCC... If you can get easily your PCC do it and send it via webform ... Sometimes they need to be waken up ! For instance going to call them right now.. husband got Pr card while my son and I nothing ....

My file was approved the day of criminality expiry also note that I had a due date as well same date... 3 days later got RFV... Landed in canada since end of May. Call them do not stop calling them .... Keep faith

My husband asked to deliver it to a friend who scanned it for him. Try the same

Finally we resent for all of us and few days later my husband received his card... Hopefully we (my son and I) will follow with resubmission ...
