I received Test invite from Vancouver office, but oath letter came from Calgary.

Gave my oath on the 12th, received e-certificate on the 14th. During the ceremony I was surprised how many people don't know how mute themselves (at least while going to the bathroom) or just how not to chew your nails in front of the webcam.

Sometimes it takes few days for your tracker account to be created. I was not able to connect for about 2 weeks (it magically was solved after call to IRCC). And make sure you use correct link: https://tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login

I updated my passport during my PR application processing (COVID, huh), for citizenship I uploaded both passports.

try starting new session of your browser (incognito, guest session). I noticed this is happening from time to time, new session usually helps.
