Guys, it's been circulated that turkey will close its borders to international flights. Do you think it would affect flights from Istanbul to Toronto? I guess it wouldn't unless Canada closes. What's your opinion?

If they make the mistake of retaining passports, we even have right to make a criminal complaint and go grab our passports with the police. Retaining passports without people’s will is a crime.

There're probably people still working to complete remaining transactions. They've just stopped their services. And I don't think they will send passports back to Ankara.

No this is not about study permit approvals, it's just about services of VFS in Istanbul. SPs are reviewed by the IRCC office at the embassy in Ankara. You don't need to worry for now.

I have received emails from them regularly but they're quite slow. The last email I received is this: The decision envelope for your application, tracking ID No. ....... has been dispatched from the IRCC Office, to the Canada Visa Application Centre in Embassy CVO. Regards, VFS Global

Tur required documents are placed on ircc website. You can check them very quickly.
