I'm not sure if this helps with the confusion regarding processing steps. But it seems eligibility starts after biometrics are validated. And security starts after medical passed. Since MEP and BIL seem to happen around the same time, I assume that eligibility starts around the same time as...

I would be surprised. Maybe later this month or next month for the luckiest ones. Most of us should get a decision around April

What's a schedule 4? Do you still submit it even though it wasn't in required documents list? I got a request for additional family info but that's all. Do you think they'll also ask for schedule 4 or nomination letter?
