I understand , my wife was employed at a Tim hortons branch and the owner told her that they are willing to hire my sister via lmia process but since my sister has no experience on working on a restaurant or food services the owner told my wife that at least get a certificate or training on food...

So if she landed here as a visitor and if she tries to apply at an employer that is willing to sponsor her she needs to have the same skills needed on the employer needs to be able to transfer to closed working permit?

Im not sure for the AOR as theres no exact timeline for that it seems some people get it fast some are not. on my case i only receive my AOR on email so you should also check your spams as it did not appear on my gckey.
