Hi, it's surprising to know you passed medicals before receiving letter for biometrics. I applied on July 2019 and it's only on July 2022 that I received request for medicals so I'm tempted to say your file is going faster than mine. Just exercise a little more patience.

I think you're on track and the fact that you're already in Canada shows that IRCC has considered your biometric and medical details from your work permit file. For the pre-arrival letter, there is no time frame. You can also get more information by sending your enquiry through a webform.

Have you already received request for Medicals? We will only keep waiting though it's really frustrating. I applied for CSQ March 2014 and got my CSQ March 2019. Then applied for Federal stage on 02 July 2019.
